No two weddings are the same; therefore, every contract and service agreement is customized based on the couple’s needs which are assessed during an initial consultation.

 

 

General Wedding Planning Services Summary

DETAILS OF SERVICE:

*Initial face to face meeting to discuss bride and/or groom’s vision for wedding and details of what their ideal day would entail.

*Following initial meeting, develop an inspiration board for approval showing the look and design of wedding.

*Suggest venues that would compliment stated desires while considering the budget constraints and capacity needs.

*Suggest vendors that will fit your style, preferences and budget parameters.

*Develop a customized checklist for items needing to be addressed throughout the planning process.

*Unlimited support and communication via phone and email for both the bride and groom.

*Assist couple with staying on track with a budget guidance tool.

*Planner will attend vendor meetings either with or on the behalf of the couple to discuss desires and help decide on all the fun details.

*Stay in contact with all vendors and coordinate vendor details with couple throughout the planning process.

*Considering the venue(s) help create a layout for optimal placement of ceremony, cocktail and reception locations along with suggestions of seating formats and location design and/or embellishments.

*Create a comprehensive timeline for the wedding party and for all involved vendors.

*Organize and direct wedding party and participating family members during the wedding rehearsal.

ROLE OF THE WEDDING PLANNER ON THE WEDDING DAY:

*Act as liaison on bride and groom’s behalf as the main contact for all vendors, family, friends and venue staff.

*Work as a grand delegator with all assistants and vendors to accomplish a seamless event.

*Assist wedding party and participating family members with flowers, corsages, boutonnieres, bowties, etc.

*Assist couple in keeping with the timeline and ensuring all events and participants such as speech givers, are set up or prepared when scheduled.

*Arrange placement of all personal items such as guest book, programs, escort cards, table numbers, cake topper, flutes, favors, etc

*At the end of the evening, gather all personal items and gifts for the newlyweds and transfer to a pre-designated secure location.
